The Four Seasons Arena is a multipurpose building with 53,000 square feet of exhibit space. The main room is 33,000 square feet and Side 2 is 17,000 square feet. Events include concerts, trade shows, rodeos, circuses, wrestling and boxing, basketball tournaments and ice shows.

Amenities:

• Dressing Rooms (9 with showers).
• Hospitality/service rooms.
• Promoters' office.
• Two phone lines (long distance at users' expense).
• Enclosed load in/out area.
• Wenger adjustable portable stage, sections up to 40' x 60', and sound wings (16' x 16').
• Vertical clearance from 6' stage to bottom of beams - 22'.
• Cincinnati basketball floor.
• Chutes, panels, etc. for rodeos and livestock events.
• Paved parking for 1,400, total parking for 2,000.
• Services available: Ticket sales, concessions, ushers, catering, security, stagehands, and forklift.
• Sound and lights available locally.

Note: The Exhibition Hall is 15,000 square feet and is attached to the Four Seasons Arena making it possible to produce even larger events.

General Events

(Includes concerts, family shows, basketball, etc. - see below for dirt events and trade shows.)

Costs:

• Minimum per event day: $3,000.00 or $2,600.00 + $2/ticket.
• Ticketed events are charged 10% of the gross ticket sales, with a minimum rent as listed above per day.
• Main Room only (33,000 sq. feet): Minimum per event day $2,250.00 or $1,195.00 + $2/ticket.
• Side 2 only (20,000 sq. feet): Minimum per event day $1,300.00 or $1,150.00 + $2/ticket.
• Montana ExpoPark retains ability to negotiate a cap (maximum amount required for rent; applicable only for ticketed events.)
• Concessions: Montana ExpoPark retains right to all food and beverage concessions.

Other Costs:

• All production costs are at users' expense.
• Set-up and tear down days are charged at 50% of full rental cost.
• Improvement Fee - ticketed box office events in any Montana ExpoPark facility shall be charged an improvement fee of $1.00 per ticket and an operations fee of $1.00 per ticket. Complimentary tickets up to one hundred (100) will not be assessed for concerts and other major ticketed events. Non-ticketed events shall be charged 15% of total rental rate.
• Arena cleaning (both sides) $500.00 minimum per performance.
• Arena cleaning (main room only) $350.00 minimum per performance.
• Arena cleaning (Side 2 only) $150.00 minimum per performance.

Equipment and Services Provided:

• Stage and sound wings.
• Chairs and permanent bleachers.
• Basketball floor, minimum charge of $1,500.00.

Trade Shows

Costs:

• Minimum per event day: $3,000.00.
• Main Room only (33,000 sq. feet): Minimum per event day: $2,250.00.
• Side 2 only (20,000 sq. feet): Minimum per event day: $1,300.00.
• Concessions: Montana ExpoPark retains right to all food and beverage concessions.

Other Costs:

• All productions costs are at users' expense.
• Set up and tear down days are charged at 50% of full rental cost.
• $6.00 per table per day for table rental.
• $.50 per chair.
• Arena cleaning (both sides) $500.00 minimum per performance.
• Arena cleaning (main room only) $350.00 minimum per performance.
• Arena cleaning (Side 2 only) $150.00 minimum per performance.

Equipment and Services Provided:

• House sound.
• User responsible for covering all cords.

Plat: Plat must be submitted two weeks prior to event, should include booth layout, electrical drop cord needed, etc.

Dirt Events

(Includes events that require dirt on Arena floor such as rodeos, truck pulls, horse shows, livestock events, etc.)

Costs:

• Minimum per event day: $3,000.00 or $2,600.00 + $2/ticket.
• Ticketed events are charged 10% of the gross ticket sales, with a minimum rent as listed above per day.
• Main room only (33,000 sq. feet): Minimum per event day: $2,250.00 or $1,950.00 + $2/ticket.
• Side 2 only (20,000 sq. feet): Minimum per event day: $1,300.00 or $1,150.00 + $2/ticket.
• Montana ExpoPark retains ability to negotiate a cap (maximum amount required for rent; applicable only for ticketed events.)
• Concessions: Montana ExpoPark retains the right to all food and beverage concessions.

• Arena cleaning (final clean) $1,000.00 per dirt event.
• Dirt contractor is at user's expense and subject to management approval.

Equipment and Services Provided:

• Permanent bleachers.
• House sound.
• Perimeter paneling.
• Up to 6 bucking chutes, 1 timed event chute and holding pens at a minimum of $1,000.00.

Insurance:
Lessee agrees to carry Comprehensive Broad Coverage General Liability Insurance for bodily injury and property damage in an amount of not less than $2,000,000.00 single limited policy. The insurance company must carry at least a AA+ rating and be licensed to do business in the State of Montana. The Lessee shall furnish to the Lessor a certificate or rider naming Montana ExpoPark, Cascade County , SMG and their officers, agents and employees as additional insured. The Lessee shall furnish such certificate or rider to the Lessor at least 30 days prior to the event.
