Additional Information on Costs:

• Event Days:  First two event days are 100% of cost listed.  The third and each consecutive event days are 75% of Cost.
• Set up and tear down days are 50% of cost listed per day.
• Improvement Fee – ticketed box office events in any Montana ExpoPark facility shall be charged an improvement fee of $1.00 per ticket on all tickets sold and an operations fee of $1 per ticket for tickets over $10.  Complimentary tickets up to one hundred (100) will not be assessed for concerts and other major ticketed events.  Non-ticketed events shall be charged 15% of total rental rate (included in above rates).
• Concessions:  Montana ExpoPark retains right to all food and beverage concessions.  If that right is relinquished, user is to remit 20% of gross sales to be paid at event conclusion.  For events where alcohol is included in ticket pricing, a fee of $300 will be assessed for fewer than 499 people and $500 for over 500 people. User must also obtain a license or permit from the City-County Health Department and product liability insurance of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence.
